Teachers Tools

Maintain Menu

Setting up your school to ensure accurate digital reporting and billing starts with the maintain menu where you recognize and register the core part of your school interms of subjects, classrooms, academic and non academic staff, parents and students or pupils, grade system, badge, standard school fees setup per classroom, academic calendar and lots more.

Task Menu

The task needed to generate the required reports and analysis are done here. These could be done daily or periodically depending on the kind or nature. Such may include: teachers and students attendance, posting of academic test and exams results, generating end of term task, sending messages and alerts to parents, bulletins and birthdays adjustments, memos etc.

Accounting & Billing

The Billing System is a new feature introduced and started in the year 2020. Credit to Majestic Global School on this. You can now bill a student or send batch bills to a group of students/pupils; saving a lot of administrative time. The system captures various bills from tuition to, exam fees and other fees. Receipts are generated and can be captured to the printer, converted to PDF or sent to parents via whatsapp or SMS. Financial status of each students is captured by school can also be viewed via the parent portal. Admin can generate list of defaulters and other reports to plan income and account receivables. Its a much needed system for school admin and finance.

Reports

The purpose of application like this is to generate reports from the various records that was saved. These reports among many others may include: List of students, teachers, parents, report cards, etc. The basic reports could be filtered to generate futher reports like broadsheet, list of old and new parents, current teachers, retired or inactive ones, graduating students and so on.

Audit Trail

It is dangerous to have a portal based application without an audit trail to track every activities done and by who and at what time. J-CARD is designed with this feature and makes it ready for audit and security purpose.

What is J-Card Web App?

J-CARD is one of the products of Crystal Experience. It is a web based application for educational institutions to help in the following areas of school record keeping and other operations: - Parents records - Database for students - Classroom structures. - Human resources assistant - Complete grade computation and report cards; continuous assessment and examination scores collation and organization for report card purpose, class attendance, details of performances in extra-curricular activities. - Online bulletin for bulk information flow between school and parents; alerts for school fees, meetings, excursions, adverts can be pushed to all the parents via this medium, reminder and so on.

What does it cost to subscribe?

As long as we have students in the school buying five hundred and fifty naira voucher - #550 per student at the beginning of every term then its free use for the school. All students will register every term with student ID and voucher which will give the teachers and parents access to the system to perform necessary task accordingly. The extra fifty naira is for SMS activities during the term. No download required. Compatible with any internet enabled device
